Mint leaves are one of the best natural homeopathic remedies with refreshing scent and taste. It has been used to treat nausea and upset stomach.
Spinach and pear add good amount of fiber along with vitamin C, vitamin K and vitamin A. Banana in this smoothie adds up potassium and magnesium, these two nutrients help relieve sore muscles.
How to make Pear Mint Banana Smoothie?
This refreshing green smoothie is very easy to make. Cut pear and banana in small pieces to be easy on blender blades. Add spinach and mint leaves along with two cups of water. Blend everything until everything gets liquefied.
Today, I have not added any superfood today in this smoothie, but feel free to give your smoothie a nutrition boost by adding your choice of superfoods. I would recommend chia seeds and almonds, as both will blend well with pear mint banana smoothie without altering taste of the smoothie.

Pear Mint Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pear
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1/2 Cup Mint
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 2 Cups Water
Instructions
- Add 1 Cup diced pear, usually medium size pear will be equivalent to 1 Cup.
- Add 1 medium diced banana.
- Add 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves.
- Add 2 cups spinach leaves.
- Add 2 cups water.
- Blend all ingredients together until it is liquified.
