Papaya, banana spinach smoothie is one of my favorite green smoothies to get Vitamin C boost during fall season. Papaya contains Vitamin C higher than orange. That makes it one of the best immunity booster fruits to kick start your day.
Papaya also contains beta-carotene that adds up vitamin A in your smoothie. Vitamin A help reduce asthma and risk of heart disease and cancer.
Blended taste of tropical fruits papaya and banana along with spinach green leaves smoothie is definitely going to twist your morning and add great energy for the rest of the day.

I have used Chia seeds and almonds as superfood alternatively along with shreded coconut just to enhance the tropical flavor. You can add superfoods of your choice to add an extra boost to your smoothie.
How to make green smoothie with papaya, banana and spinach?
Always make sure to keep green spinach touching the blender blades. I recommend to liquefy spinach leaves first. Keep papaya chunks and banana on top along with the choice of your superfoods for additional nutrients.

Papaya Banana Spinach Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Papaya
- 2 Cup Spinach
- 1 Medium Banana
- 2 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 10 PC Almond
Instructions
- Add 2 Cups Spinach green leaves.
- Add 1 Cup Papaya chunks
- Add 1 medium size banana - dice banana or cut into small pieces.
- Add 10 Almonds.
- Add 2 Cups coconut water.
- Add 1 tbsp Chia seeds and 10 almonds
- Blend everything for 45 seconds to make sure everything is liquefied.
