Spinach

Water
Instructions
Add 1 Cup diced pear, usually medium size pear will be equivalent to 1 Cup.
Add 1 medium diced banana.
Add 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves.
Add 2 cups spinach leaves.
Add 2 cups water.
Blend all ingredients together until it is liquified.
