Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Pear
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Mint
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 Cup diced pear, usually medium size pear will be equivalent to 1 Cup.
  • Add 1 medium diced banana.
  • Add 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves.
  • Add 2 cups spinach leaves.
  • Add 2 cups water.
  • Blend all ingredients together until it is liquified.

Notes

Feel free to add your choice of superfoods in pear mint banana smoothie to give nutrients boost.
