Instructions
Take 2 medium size peach and cut them in small pieces.
Take 1 cup frozen mango chunks. You can use fresh medium sized mango as an alternative.
Add 2 Cups of Kale leaves. You can remove the stems.
Add 1.5 cups of water.
Now you can consider to add any superfoods of your choice. Almonds, Cashews, Chia Seeds goes well with this smoothie.
Blend well until everything is liquified.

Feel free to add your choice of
superfoods
and protein powder of your choice to give extra boost to blueberry banana protein smoothie.
