Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium Peach
  • 1 Cup Mango
  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1.5 Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 medium size peach and cut them in small pieces.
  • Take 1 cup frozen mango chunks. You can use fresh medium sized mango as an alternative.
  • Add 2 Cups of Kale leaves. You can remove the stems.
  • Add 1.5 cups of water.
  • Now you can consider to add any superfoods of your choice. Almonds, Cashews, Chia Seeds goes well with this smoothie.
  • Blend well until everything is liquified.

Notes

Feel free to add your choice of superfoods and protein powder of your choice to give extra boost to blueberry banana protein smoothie.
