Peach Mango Kale Smoothie Recipe
Thinking of tropical getaway? Sound of ocean waves, white sand and palm trees? This tropical peach mango kale smoothie will add more to that with the taste of tropical fruits blended with super power kale.
This peach mango kale smoothie is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies to kick start my day. I use frozen mango chunks to reduce peeling and cutting time. Saves lot of time!
Health Benefits of Peach & Mango
Peaches are loaded with nutrients and vitamins. Most important, it has high antioxidants that help build immunity and aging. Level of antioxidants is high in ripe peach. So, make sure to eat ripe peach always!
Mangoes are low in calories but full of nutrients. I was surprised to learn that 1 cup of mango contains approximately 70% of the RDI for vitamin C. What is RDI? – Well it is a water soluble vitamin that boost our immune power and help absorb iron and support repair in our body.
How to Make Peach Mango Kale Smoothie
It’s very easy and simple to make peach mango smoothie with kale. Take pitted peach and cut into small chunks. Make sure to get 1 cup of peach. Add 1 cup of frozen mango chunks. Now add 2 handful or 2 cups of kale leaves.
You can consider to add smoothie superfoods to boost nutrients in your smoothie. Add water as needed and blend until everything is liquefied.
With this tropical smoothie, I would recommend to use almonds, cashews or chia seeds to use as superfoods. These three superfood ingredients blends very well with peach and mango without altering the tropical taste.

Peach Mango Kale Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Peach
- 1 Cup Mango
- 2 Cups Kale
- 1.5 Cups Water
Instructions
- Take 2 medium size peach and cut them in small pieces.
- Take 1 cup frozen mango chunks. You can use fresh medium sized mango as an alternative.
- Add 2 Cups of Kale leaves. You can remove the stems.
- Add 1.5 cups of water.
- Now you can consider to add any superfoods of your choice. Almonds, Cashews, Chia Seeds goes well with this smoothie.
- Blend well until everything is liquified.
