Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie - Post Workout Fuel

- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
Take 1 medium size banana and dice in small pieces. Yes, show some love to blender blades :)
Add 1 cup washed blueberries.
Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese to give protein boost to blueberry banana protein smoothie. After workout our body needs protein to heal and build muscles.
Add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Add 1 cup water. If you like cold smoothie then you can use ice cubes or crushed ice.
Blend all ingredients until everything is liquified.
Feel free to add your choice of superfoods and protein powder of your choice to give extra boost to blueberry banana protein smoothie.
