Pineapple Kale Blueberries Blast Smoothie
Kale – Kale is one of the best greens with vitamins and antioxidants. It is also one of the best source of vitamin C. It lower cholesterol, which may reduce the risk of heart disease.
Blueberries – Blueberries are low in calories but loaded with nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin K and fiber. They are known for antioxidant characteristics.
Bananas – Bananas are one of the most popular fruits in the entire world. Apart from sweet creamy taste, bananas contain a fair amount of fiber and several antioxidants.
Almonds – Almond is a good source of fiber, protein, vitamin E, Manganese and Magnesium along with other beneficial nutrients.
How to make Pineapple Kale Blueberries Smoothie?
Take one medium sized banana, 1 cup diced fresh pineapple, 1 cup blueberries, 4 medium leaves of kale without stem and 2 cups of water.
Also add 7 to 8 almonds to give extra boost to your smoothie.
For basic blenders, make sure to blend kale with water first until everything is liquefied. Once kale is blended well, add pineapple, blueberries, banana and almond and blend until all ingredients are liquefied.
Make sure to dice banana and pineapple.
If you prefer thicker pineapple kale blueberries smoothie then you can add more bananas or reduce water level. If you add less water then it will change the total serving size.
I also like to boost smoothie with superfoods. You can always add few superfoods to boost your smoothie. Usually almonds, chia seeds, walnuts and flax seeds go very well with banana.
If you have the basic blender then you may want to soak almonds in water overnight.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Kale Without stems.
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Pineapple Make sure to dice pineapple.
- 1 Medium Banana Make sure to dice banana.
- 8 PCS Almonds
- 2 Cups Water
Instructions
- Take 1 medium sized banana and cut it or dice it in small pieces.
- Add 2 cups washed kale leaves without stems.
- Add 1 cup blueberries.
- Add 1 cup diced pineapple.
- Add 8 pcs Almonds
- Add 2 cups of water
- Blend all ingredients for 45 to 60 seconds to make sure all ingredients are blended and liquefied very well.
