Take 1 medium sized banana and cut it or dice it in small pieces.
Add 2 cups washed kale leaves without stems.
Add 1 cup blueberries.
Add 1 cup diced pineapple.
Add 8 pcs Almonds
Add 2 cups of water
Blend all ingredients for 45 to 60 seconds to make sure all ingredients are blended and liquefied very well.
Notes
You may also add walnuts or pecans as superfoods. If you have basic blender then consider to soak almonds/pecans/walnuts overnight and use in smoothie the next day.
