Dragon Fruit Strawberries Banana Spinach Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 2 Cup Spinach
- 1 Cup Dragon Fruit
- 0.5 Piece Banana
- 1 inch Ginger Root
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Get 1 Cup pulp from Dragon fruit
- Step 2: Add 1 Cup straberries
- Step 3: Add half medium sized diced banana
- Step 4: Add 2 Cup Spinach
- Step 5: Add 1 inch ginger root
- Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon Chia seeds; You can soak in water for 5 minutes if you like
- Step 7: Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
- Step 8: Blend everything very well for 45-60 seconds until everything is liquified
