Dragon Fruit Green Smoothie Recipe
Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) Blueberry Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Dragon Fruit
- 2 Cup Spinach
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 inch Ginger Root
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Add 1 cup blueberries into blender
- Remove pulp of dragon fruit using spoon into a measuring cup
- Add 1 cup of dragon fruit pulp with seeds into blender
- Add 2 cups of spinach
- Add 1 inch of ginger root and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Add 1 Tablespoon chia seeds. You can soak chia seeds in water before 5 minutes, if you like.
- Add 1 cup of water
- Blend for 45-60 seconds until everything is liquefied.
