Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 2 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Cup Dragon Fruit
  • 0.5 Piece Banana
  • 1 inch Ginger Root
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Get 1 Cup pulp from Dragon fruit
  • Step 2: Add 1 Cup straberries
  • Step 3: Add half medium sized diced banana
  • Step 4: Add 2 Cup Spinach
  • Step 5: Add 1 inch ginger root
  • Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon Chia seeds; You can soak in water for 5 minutes if you like
  • Step 7: Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  • Step 8: Blend everything very well for 45-60 seconds until everything is liquified
