Instructions
Step 1: Get 1 Cup pulp from Dragon fruit
Step 2: Add 1 Cup straberries
Step 3: Add half medium sized diced banana
Step 4: Add 2 Cup Spinach
Step 5: Add 1 inch ginger root
Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon Chia seeds; You can soak in water for 5 minutes if you like
Step 7: Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
Step 8: Blend everything very well for 45-60 seconds until everything is liquified
