Berries Banana Spinach Smoothie Ingredients
Spinach – Spinach is one of my favorite greens for smoothies. It doesn’t just taste good but also is loaded with vitamins and other healthy nutrients that supports heart health and boost immune power.
Blueberries – Blueberries are low in calories but loaded with nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin K and fiber. They are known for antioxidant characteristics.
Strawberry – Strawberries are also healthy and loaded with nutrients, vitamins and fibers. Strawberries help maintain heart health, lower your blood pressure and contain high levels of antioxidants.
Bananas – Bananas are one of the most popular fruits in the entire world. Apart from sweet creamy taste, bananas contain a fair amount of fiber and several antioxidants.
Almonds – Almond is a good source of fiber, protein, vitamin E, Manganese and Magnesium along with other beneficial nutrients.
Walnuts – Walnuts are a great source of antioxidants that help figh oxidative damage in the human body including damage done by LDL cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is considered as bad cholesterol.
How to make Berry Banana Spinach Smoothie with Nuts ?
Take one medium sized banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 4 strawberries, 2 cups washed spinach and 2 cups of water.
Also add 7 to 8 almonds and a handful of walnuts to give extra boost to your smoothie.
If you are using a basic blender then first make sure to blend spinach greens with 2 cups of water. Once spinach is blended well, add other ingredients and blend until all ingredients are liquefied.
Make sure to dice banana and strawberries.
If you prefer thicker berry banana spinach smoothie then you can add bananas or reduce water level. If you add less water then it will change the total serving size.

- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 4 PC Strawberries Make sure to dice strawberries.
- 1 Medium Banana Make sure to dice banana or cut into small pieces.
- 8 Pcs Almonds
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 2 Cups Water
Instructions
- Take 1 medium sized banana and cut it or dice it in small pieces.
- Take 4 strawberries and dice them into small pieces.
- Add 1/2 cup blueberries
- Add 2 cups washed spinach greens.
- Add 8 almonds and handful of walnuts.
- Add 2 cups of water.
- Blend all ingredients for 45 to 60 seconds to make sure all ingredients are blended and liquefied very well.
