Wash all ingredients thoroughly before cutting them.
Add 1 cup diced guava with or without seeds based on your preference
Add 1 cup diced peach fruit
Add diced regular size banana. Regular size banana will measure 7" to 8"
Add 2 cup packed green kale leaves.
Add 1 Cup water and blend all ingredients for 45 to 60 seconds to make sure everything is thoroughly liquefied in your green smoothie.
Pour it in a glass and enjoy your guava peach green smoothie with kale!
NOTE: You can add protein powder or any other superfood such as chia seeds, almonds or figs to load your green smoothie with more nutrients and vitamins.
