Instructions
Step 1: Cut celery stalks, apple, carrots and ginger into pieces to add into blender.
Step 2: Add protein powder
Step 3: Optional - Add superfood - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies.
Step 4: Add 1 cup water
Step 5: Blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
Notes
My one standard serving size for adult: 24oz
*Make sure to keep your greens by blender blades to blend first.
