Ingredients
  

  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Root
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cut celery stalks, apple, carrots and ginger into pieces to add into blender.
  • Step 2: Add protein powder
  • Step 3: Optional - Add superfood - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies.
  • Step 4: Add 1 cup water
  • Step 5: Blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.

Notes

My one standard serving size for adult: 24oz
*Make sure to keep your greens by blender blades to blend first.
