Superfood smoothies are great for health. I prefer to add few superfoods in smoothie. Color of your green smoothie changes compared to picture of the post with superfoods that you decide to add.
- 1 Scoop Isopure Isolate Whey Protien – Unflavored whey protein isolate that contains 25 grams per serving, of pure Whey Protein Isolate. No fat, carbohydrate, sugars or lactose, artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners
- 2 Tablespoon Chia seeds – Excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids.
- 2 Tablespoon Goji berries – Loaded with beta-carotene – beauty enhancer, immunity booster and libido enhancer
- 2 Tablespoon Maca Powder – Loaded with beta-carotene – Amino acids, calcium, zinc, magnesium. Libido booster.

Celery Carrots Apple Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Celery stalks
- 1 Apple
- 1/2 Banana
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 inch Ginger Root
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut celery stalks, apple, carrots and ginger into pieces to add into blender.
- Step 2: Add protein powder
- Step 3: Optional - Add superfood - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies.
- Step 4: Add 1 cup water
- Step 5: Blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
Notes
*Make sure to keep your greens by blender blades to blend first.
