  • Add 2 Cups Spinach green leaves.
  • Add 1 Cup Papaya chunks
  • Add 1 medium size banana - dice banana or cut into small pieces.
  • Add 10 Almonds.
  • Add 2 Cups coconut water.
  • Add 1 tbsp Chia seeds and 10 almonds
  • Blend everything for 45 seconds to make sure everything is liquefied.

Notes
