It’s time to sip on debloating tropical smoothie made with tropical fruits – Papaya and Pineapple with Kale greens. Papaya, subtly sweet fruit, helps in stomach health by preventing constipation. Papaya is loaded with antioxidants that improves immune health. I love pineapple for sweet-n-sour taste, plus pineapple also has same characteristics of relieving belly bloat.
Kale is my favorite as it helps fight inflammation and contains high antioxidants. Not only that it is low in calorie, high in fiber, Vitamin K, Iron and contains zero sugar.
This tropical smoothie made with kale, papaya and pineapple contains only 274 calories, which is good for weight loss. I would say you can add this on your weight loss smoothie recipe list.
