Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Kale
  • 1 Cup Papaya
  • 1 Cup Pineapple
  • 10 Whole Almond
  • 1.5 Cup Water
  • 2 Teaspoon Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cut papaya and pineapple in small chunks. Measure cups to get appropriate portion.
  • Start adding papaya and pineapple in blender
  • Add 2 cup kale in blender
  • Add 10 whole almonds and 2 teaspoon chia-seeds
  • Add 1 and half cup water and blend until all ingredients are liquefied.
