Ingredients
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1 Cup Kiwi
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Meidum Banana
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Add 2 cup spinach and blend with 2 cup water until it is completely liquefied.
- Add 1 Cup diced strawberries
- Add 1 cup diced kiwi
- Add 1 medium size diced banana
- Add 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Blend all ingredients until everything is liquefied.
