Guava Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Guava
  • 1 Medium Size Banana
  • 3 PC Orange
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend spinach with water until it is completely liquified.
  • Add 1 Cup guava in blender.
  • Add 1 medium size diced banana
  • Add 3 small oranges
  • Add 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth!

Notes

Feel free to add any other superfoods for smoothies.
To get the best results, I recommend you to use high speed blender like Vitamix or Blendtec. As a beginner I used NutriBullet blender for a longtime until I switched to Vitamix blender.
I prefer Vitamix blender over NutriBullet, but for beginner NutriBullet works fine.
Both blenders are great, but now as I am living smoothie a day, lifestyle, I prefer Vitamix blender for better performance.
