Blueberry Banana Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cup Blueberries Frozen blueberries recommended.
  • 1 Cup Banana Mostly 2 medium sized bananas.
  • 1.5 Cup Water You can replace water with almond milk or regular milk
  • 1/2 Cup Oats Optional
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract To enhance smoothie taste.

Instructions
 

  • Add 1.5 to 2 Cups blueberries in blender. Frozen blueberries are preferred to avoid ice cubes.
  • Add 1 Cup diced banana - usually one and half or two medium sized banana will make 1 cup of diced banana.
  • Add 1.5 cup water - you can replace water with almond milk or regular milk. I prefer water over milk, but feel free to replace with milk.
  • Add 1/4 cup almonds. You can also add 1 tbsp. of chia seeds.
  • Optional - Add 1/2 Cup soaked oats for thicker texture.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to enhance taste.
  • Blend all ingredients until everything is liquefied.

Notes

I do not recommend to add any other smoothie superfoods in blueberry banana muffin smoothie to maintain the taste. Any other superfoods than almonds and chia seeds will alter the taste of blueberry banana muffins. :)
