Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1 PC Avocado
  • 1 Meidum Banana
  • 4 PC Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1.5 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 Cups Kale leaves in blender.
  • Add diced avocado.
  • Add diced strawberries, 1 cup of blueberries and diced banana.
  • Add one and half cup water, blend all ingredients until everything is liquified.

Notes

Quick Tips: You can replace Strawberries and blueberries with your choice of other berries. Also, you can replace either berries or banana with frozen to give icy cold texture to your smoothie.
