Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Swiss Chard Swiss chard leaves without stems.
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Diced pineapple
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cup Mint Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice Usually half lime is enough for 1 tbsp
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds Usually 7-8 pieces of almonds make 1/4 cup.

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 cups Swiss chard leaves without stem. Usually two large leaves are equivalent to 2 cups.
  • Add 2 cups of diced pineapple.
  • Add half peeled avocado.
  • Add 1 cup of mint leaves. Usually handful of mint leaves are equivalent to 1 cup.
  • Add 2 cups of water
  • Add 1/4 cup almond - approximately 7 to 8 pieces of almonds.
  • Blend all ingredients for 50 to 60 seconds or until everything is liquified.

Notes

If you are not using power blender then make sure to blend swiss chard and mint leaves first. Add rest of ingredients and blend again until everything is liquified.
