Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Mango Use frozen mango chunks.
  • 2 Medium Banana
  • 2 Cups Celery Use chopped celery stalks.
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 Lime Take half lime juice to boost antioxidants.
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups frozen mango chunks.
  • Add 2 cups chopped celery stalks. Usually 2-3 stalks will make two cups of chopped celery.
  • Take 2 medium sized bananas, dice them into small pieces.
  • Take handful of cilantro, usually it makes it one cup.
  • Add 1/2 lime juice to boost antioxidants level.
  • Add 2 Cups water.
  • Blend all ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes to liquify everything.

Notes

You can use parsley as an alternative for cilantro.
