Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 1/2 7"-8" Banana
  • 1/2 Average Size Avocado
  • 2 Small 2 3/8" Orange
  • 1.5 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Add 1/2 avocado and 1/2 sliced banana one by one to make layers. along with oranges.
  • Add 1 cup Kale
  • Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
  • Add 1 1/2 cup water and blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.

Note: Nutrition information does not include superfood. Below nutrition facts are based on above mentioned ingredients. Also, you can replace Kale with spinach for your green smoothie boost. You can replace Kale with Spinach if you do not like Kale. But I would recommend Kale over Spinach!
