Celery Kale Banana Orange Smoothie Recipe

- 1 Cup Kale
- 1 7"-8" Banana
- 1 2 3/8" Orange
- 2 Stalks Celery stalks
- 1.5 Cup Water
Add sliced banana and peeled orange one by one to make layers.
Cut celery stalks in pieces before adding into blender. Also add 1 cup kale
Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
Add 1 1/2 cup water and blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
