Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Kale
  • 1 7"-8" Banana
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1.5 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced banana and 1 cup blueberries one by one to make layers.
  • Add 2 cups of Kale leaves.
  • Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
  • Add 1 1/2 cup water and blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
