Add diced beet and 1 cup blueberries one by one to make layers.
Add 1 cup Kale
Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
Add 1 cup water and blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
