Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Cup Pineapple
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Unit Avocado

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup diced pineapple, half avocado, 1" ginger root without skin.
  • Add 2 cups green spinach leaves
  • Add 1 cup coconut water.
  • Add superfood if you would like to boost your smoothie with extra dose of nutrients
  • Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until all ingredients are liquefied.
