Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) Blueberry Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Dragon Fruit
  • 2 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 inch Ginger Root
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup blueberries into blender
  • Remove pulp of dragon fruit using spoon into a measuring cup
  • Add 1 cup of dragon fruit pulp with seeds into blender
  • Add 2 cups of spinach
  • Add 1 inch of ginger root and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Add 1 Tablespoon chia seeds. You can soak chia seeds in water before 5 minutes, if you like.
  • Add 1 cup of water
  • Blend for 45-60 seconds until everything is liquefied.
