Instructions
Add 1 cup blueberries into blender
Remove pulp of dragon fruit using spoon into a measuring cup
Add 1 cup of dragon fruit pulp with seeds into blender
Add 2 cups of spinach
Add 1 inch of ginger root and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Add 1 Tablespoon chia seeds. You can soak chia seeds in water before 5 minutes, if you like.
Add 1 cup of water
Blend for 45-60 seconds until everything is liquefied.
