Instructions
Dice guava into small pieces with the skin and measure one cup
1 Cup diced pineapple into small chunks
Approximately 4" banana
2 Cup Kale leaves
Add guava, pineapple and banana first then add kale
Optional - Add superfood of your choice. I used chia seeds for this green smoothie.
