Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Guava Diced
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Diced
  • 1/2 7"-8" Banana Diced
  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Dice guava into small pieces with the skin and measure one cup
  • 1 Cup diced pineapple into small chunks
  • Approximately 4" banana
  • 2 Cup Kale leaves
  • Add guava, pineapple and banana first then add kale
  • Optional - Add superfood of your choice. I used chia seeds for this green smoothie.
