I always prefer smoothies without added sugar. This mango strawberry banana tropical smoothie is very healthy and refreshing. Following is the list of ingredients you will need to make this tropical smoothie.
Celery Stalks – Celery stalks has little salty taste and loaded with vitamins and minerals. By adding celery into smoothie, you will be boosting your smoothie with vitamin A, K and C along with minerals such as potassium and folate. Celery supports blood sugar level and digestion in body.
Frozen Diced Mango – I prefer frozen mango chunks as it is very easy to use in tropical smoothie to replace the need for ice cubes. Mango contains vitamins that help boost immune power and help lower risk of certain types of cancers.
Strawberries – Strawberries are low and in calories and loaded with antioxidants.
Banana – You really do not need frozen banana chunks. Regular fresh banana is perfect to add creamy texture to your smoothie.
Almonds – Add 8 or more almonds to give protein boost to this tropical smoothie.
How to make Mango Strawberry Banana Celery Detox Smoothie?
Add two cups of chopped celery stalks along with 1 cup of frozen mango chunks, 1 cup of diced strawberries and 1 medium sized banana.
To give additional boost to smoothie, add 8 or more almonds. You can also add other superfoods of your choice to boost nutrition level of this breakfast smoothie.
Add two cups of water and blend all ingredients until they are liquefied.
Quick Tips: Got fresh mango? If you like you can replace frozen mango chunks with fresh mango chunks. Same way, if you have frozen ripe banana chunks then feel free to use them. Try not to use both mango and banana frozen to avoid over icy smoothie texture.

- 3 Stalks Celery
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1 Cup Mango You can use either frozen mango chunks or fresh mango.
- 1 Cup Strawberries You can use either frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries
- 8 PC Almonds
- 2 Cups Water
Instructions
- Cut large stalks for celery into small pieces. It should be equivalent to three cups.
- Add celery pieces, 1 cup diced strawberries, 1 cup diced mango chunks, 1 medium sized banana and handful of almonds in blender.
- Add 2 cups of water and blend everything until all ingredients are liquified.
- You can also add other smoothie superfoods to give extra boost to mango strawberries banana smoothie.
