Instructions
Take 1 medium sized banana and cut it or dice it in small pieces.
Take 4 strawberries and dice them into small pieces.
Add 1/2 cup blueberries
Add 2 cups washed spinach greens.
Add 8 almonds and handful of walnuts.
Add 2 cups of water.
Blend all ingredients for 45 to 60 seconds to make sure all ingredients are blended and liquefied very well.
Notes
If you prefer thicker smoothies then you can add bananas or reduce water level. If you add less water then it will change the total serving size. Also, feel free to add superfood of your choice to give extra boost to you smoothie.
