Add pilled oranges, sliced banana and sliced apple one by one to make layers.
Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
Add 1 1/2 Cup coconut water and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until all ingredients are liquified
