Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 7"-8" Banana
  • 1 Large Pear
  • 1 inch Ginger Root

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced banana, ginger and diced pears one by one to make layers.
  • Add 2 cups spinach
  • Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
  • Add 1 1/2 cup water and blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
