Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 1 Cup Grapes Red

Instructions
 

  • Peel two kiwi fruits and remove grapes from stems to add into blender.
  • Add 1 cup Kale
  • Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
  • Add 1 cup water and lend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
