Pineapple Avocado Spinach Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Spinach
- 1 Cup Pineapple
- 1 Inch Ginger Root
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- 1/2 Unit Avocado
Instructions
- Add 1 cup diced pineapple, half avocado, 1" ginger root without skin.
- Add 2 cups green spinach leaves
- Add 1 cup coconut water.
- Add superfood if you would like to boost your smoothie with extra dose of nutrients
- Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until all ingredients are liquefied.
