Superfood smoothies are great for health. I prefer to add few superfoods in smoothie.
- 2 teaspoons Chia seeds – Excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids.
- 2 Tablespoon Goji berries – Loaded with beta-carotene – beauty enhancer, immunity booster and libido enhancer
- 5 Almonds – Heart healthy, provides good source of Vitamin E, copper, magnesium and good protein
How to make Green Smoothie?

Orange Apple Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Small Orange
- 1 7"-8" Banana
- 1 Apple
- 1.5 Cup Coconut Water
Instructions
- Add pilled oranges, sliced banana and sliced apple one by one to make layers.
- Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
- Add 1 1/2 Cup coconut water and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until all ingredients are liquified
