Boost your bone health with banana blueberries kale smoothie. This smoothie is loaded with calcium and antioxidants that can boost your bone health and immune system. Banana helps your body to absorb bone strengthening vitamins and minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Being Chicagoan, we have very cold winter. Cold weather is not good for bones and joints. People complains more about joint pains during winter season.
During winter season, I try to add more bone healthy smoothies in my diet that makes me try different combination of fruits and greens that can boost or maintain my bone health. Today I tried smoothie loaded with banana, blueberries and kale.
